At Vera Monde, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in defective condition
- Missing items in the package
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal fragrance preference or scent expectations
- Minor packaging variations
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling
- Opened, heavily used, or tampered products
- Orders placed during clearance sales, special promotions, or limited-time campaigns unless the item is damaged or incorrect
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Wrong product delivery
- Tampered packaging
Claims without proper video proof may not qualify for replacement or refund.
4. Return Approval Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our support team will arrange a reverse pickup where applicable.
Products must be returned in original packaging along with all labels, invoices, accessories, and complimentary items.
Products returned in damaged, used, leaking, or incomplete condition may be rejected.
5. Replacement Policy
Eligible replacements will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Replacement availability is subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered at the discretion of Vera Monde Private Limited.
6. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and the original payment method.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Approved prepaid cancellations may be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges, shipping charges, and transaction fees.
8. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders
If an order is refused at the time of delivery or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, shipping and return handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
9. Fraud Prevention
Vera Monde Private Limited reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests in cases involving suspected misuse, abuse, excessive return behaviour, or fraudulent activity.
