Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We work with reliable logistics and courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post, and other delivery providers.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Kerala: 2 to 4 business days • South India: 3 to 5 business days • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days • Remote locations: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to operational delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Free shipping offers and promotional shipping campaigns may be introduced from time to time.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Customers can track shipment progress using the courier tracking link provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Vera Monde Private Limited shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect delivery details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain circumstances beyond our control may result in delays.

These may include:

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number • Images of the package • Unboxing video

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Currently, we ship only within India.
