Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Our logistics partners may include Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post, and other courier service providers.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For prepaid order cancellations approved before dispatch, payment gateway charges and transaction processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
